All appointments are done by telephone consultation, on the day only, except for pre-booked appointments online.
GP's may ask you to come in for a face to face appointment if they feel its necessary, and the medical concern cannot be assessed over the phone.
We request that you call the practice at 8:00am to book a telephone appointment that day, with your chosen GP.
If you required interpreter or any special needs please let reception staff know and we will facilitate this for you.
Please note if you need an appointment with the practice nurse or healthcare assistant, you can call anytime of the day to arrange this appointment.
If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for the slot to be given to someone else.
Please note that patients who consistently fail to attend or cancel appointments may be removed from the practice list.
