Sandringham Practice is Relocating
Our premises lease at Madinah Road has expired, so from 8am, Tuesday 2 November 2026, Sandringham Practice will relocate to Richmond Road Medical Centre, approximately five minutes away.
Your practice and your team are staying the same. The full Sandringham Practice team is relocating together, so you'll continue to receive care from the same doctors, nurses and wider practice team.
You do not need to take any action. You'll remain registered with Sandringham Practice, your medical records will move with the practice, and your GP care will continue as normal.
Key dates
- Until 31 October 2026: continue to access Sandringham Practice at Madinah Road as usual.
- From 8am, 2 November 2026: Sandringham Practice will provide your GP care from Richmond Road Medical Centre, 136 Richmond Road, Hackney, London E8 3HN.
Getting to Richmond Road Medical Centre
Richmond Road Medical Centre is approximately a 10-minute walk or 5-minute drive from Madinah Road.

Looking ahead
Sandringham Practice's current contract with NHS North East London ICB is due to end on 31 March 2027, at which point Sandringham Practice is expected to close. You don't need to take any action at this stage - we'll write to you again in due course with further details and the options available to you.

Registering with Richmond Road Medical Centre
